Refund policy

Soft Radiance operates under a strict no refund or exchanges policy. Once a product is purchased, refunds are not available, and exchanges are not permitted. You also agree to not file any disputes or chargebacks with your bank or PayPal. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their purchases before completing transactions. If you lose a product, you agree to re-purchase. Any other concerns or issues with Soft Radiance products should be addressed directly with our customer service team for resolution at contactus@softradiance.com .

PLEASE NOTE: Once products have been shipped, I am not responsible for any issues that arise with lost, held, or stolen packages. Ownership of a package transfers immediately to buyer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect address at the time of purchase and your order has already been shipped, I am not responsible for any delay/ non-receipt of package due to your error. Any issue with delivery must be taken up with the shipping carrier.
